• 60 minutes: $ 88
• 90 minutes: $120
• 120 minutes: $150

  2、Prenatal & Postpartum Massage

• Description: Tailored for expectant and new mothers, this massage helps alleviate discomfort associated with pregnancy and postpartum recovery. Benefits include reduced stress, decreased swelling, and relief from muscle and joint pain.
• Duration & Price:
• 75 minutes: $150
• 90 minutes: $180

  3、Injury Treatment Massage (accept medical insurance)

• Description: Designed for individuals recovering from injuries, this therapeutic massage focuses on specific areas to promote healing, manage pain, and reduce recovery time.
• Duration: 60 or 90 minutes, based on prescription
• Insurance: We accept Personal Injury Protection (PIP) and Labor & Industries (L&I) insurance for injury treatment massages. A doctor’s prescription and relevant insurance information are required.
• Medical/Insurance-Paid Massage
• Description: For medically necessary treatments, we offer massages covered by insurance. This includes various techniques effective in treating specific conditions or injuries.
• Duration: 60 minutes
• Insurance: We accept insurance for medical massages. Please provide a doctor’s prescription and your insurance details prior to the appointment.
• Couple’s Massage
• Description: Share a relaxing experience with a loved one in our couple’s suite. Both individuals receive massages simultaneously from two therapists in a serene environment.
• Duration & Price:
• 60 minutes: $240
• 90 minutes: $340

• Hot Stone Add-On
• Description: Enhance your massage with the soothing warmth of hot stones, which help relax muscles and improve circulation.
• Price: $10
• Aromatherapy Oils
• Description: Personalize your massage experience with our selection of essential oils designed to promote relaxation and well-being.
• Price: $10
• Cupping Therapy
• Description: An ancient technique that uses suction cups to improve blood flow, reduce muscle tension, and promote healing.
• Price: $10

  Insurance Information:   We accept insurance for medically necessary massages, including PIP and L&I claims. A doctor’s prescription and relevant insurance details are required prior to scheduling. Please contact our office to verify coverage and assist with the necessary documentation.   At this time, the insurance plans we accept are as follows:

• Aetna
• Coordinated Care/Ambetter
• Coordinated Care/Cascade Care Select
• Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of Washington PPO & HMO
• TriWest Healthcare Alliance
• Premera WA Blue Cross – No out of state Plans.

  If your insurance plan is not listed above, we’re happy to provide a superbill upon request, which you can submit to your insurance if they cover out-of-network providers.   We also accept HSA (Health Savings Account) and FSA (Flexible Spending Account) cards as alternative payment options.   Please note:

• Discounted Pricing: Our standard pricing includes a discount for payments made at the time of service.
• Insurance Billing: For services not paid at the time of service, such as Medical Massage Treatments, we follow the current Washington State Worker’s Compensation Fee Schedule for billing.
• As of July 1, 2024, the rate for massage therapy is $57.58 per unit.
